• DreamCatcher Beds are made exclusively for DreamCatcher Hotels and our guests.
• The bed includes a mattress and box spring only and fits on a standard frame.
• Prior to signing for the delivery of the bed, it is important that you inspect the mattress and box spring carefully for damage that may have occurred due to shipping. While this does not happen often, if there is any type of damage, it is important that you refuse the bed and contact us immediately. We will do our best to deliver another bed to you as soon as possible.
• The bed carries a ten year warranty for defects in workmanship. *
• You may expect to receive a call from the delivery company to set up delivery within approximately 4 weeks. **

• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm. When you receive a call from the delivery company, they will advise the day of delivery to your area. You will be provided a 4-5 hour window of availability.
• If you will not be home for delivery and someone else will be receiving the bed, please leave the inspection instructions with the person who will be signing for the bed.
• In the event of any unanticipated delays with your delivery, we recommend that you do not remove the old bed until you receive your new bed.
• If you require a bed frame, one may be purchased for an additional $125.00. Please inspect the frame upon receipt since it will arrive prior to the delivery of the bed. ***
  
  Please note: It is your responsibility to assemble the bed frame prior to the scheduled delivery of your mattress. The delivery company is not responsible for this assembly.
• After completing your order online you may be contacted within 24-48 business hours (Mon-Fri) regarding your purchase.
• Please check your email order confirmation carefully to make certain that your order is correct. If there are any errors, please contact Customer Service immediately.
• Please note that if you cancel your Bed order, you will be subject to a 20% cancellation/warehousing/restocking fee.
• Beds are not returnable.
• We cannot commit to a delivery company taking away your old mattress (disposal of the old bed is the responsibility of the homeowner). Those arrangements can sometimes be made with the delivery company when they call to schedule the delivery. Bed removal fee is paid directly to the delivery agent.
• * Not applicable for beds shipping to international destinations.
• ** It takes approximately 8 weeks for the bed to be delivered to international destinations.
• *** The bed frame will be shipped with the bed to international destinations.
